Edible foraging workshop

Very tempted by this seaweed and mushroom foraging workshop that I found on the (rather excellent) Visit Wales blog.

I’ve been wanting to do something like this for several autumns. We’ve made other plans for this year (half term and all that), but I’ve put a reminder in Outlook for next year :)
